Fundraising Events Whether it be cocktail parties or fashion shows, American Friends of British Art hosts several exclusive fundraising events in the Palm Beach area each year. Mostly attended by young professionals, these events are the primary fundraising source for the organization. Others in the community may choose more silent means of donating to this extraordinary cause. At the present time, American Friends of British Art is registered as a nonprofit charitable organization run strictly by unpaid volunteers and maintains virtually no overhead costs. This allows for the very most to be made of each donation that is received.
